So this pudding have been a favourite of mine while being intermittent fasting and getting my body into burning fat for energy instead of carbs for energy. It’s very tasty and is great as a late breakfast/lunch or a dessert.
All you need is:
1 cup Frozen Organic Blueberries
3 tbsp Organic Chia seeds
2 cups Organic Coconut Milk
Stevia ( adjust to your taste)
A small handfull Organic Walnuts
Some freeze-dried Raspberry powder
Mix Blueberries, coconut milk, stevie and chiaseeds and let it sit for 20 min. add the rest and it’s ready to eat.
